  • What are your office hours
    • We are open Mondays to Fridays from 9am-6pm and Saturdays 9Am-12NN

  • Is there an age requirement?
    • Yes, we will be candid in telling you if you have a good chance for Permanent Residency.  For skilled migration, we strongly advise that the client is below 43 years old at the time of the application. You can request for a free assessment by filling up this form: Free Consultation

  • Is there a fee for consultation or assessment?
    • No. We offer FREE consultation and assessment.
  • Can my same-sex partner be my dependent?
    • Definitely. Australia is open and welcome to members of the LGBTQ community. In fact, same-sex marriage is allowed in Australia as long as there is proof that the relationship is existing for at least a year

Student Pathway

  • Can I work while in Australia?
    • Yes. Students are legally entitled to work rights for 20 hours/week.
  • Can I bring my family while on a Student Visa?
    • Yes! You may bring dependents.
  • Can my spouse/partner work while in Australia?
    • Yes! Your spouse/partner may work Full Time if you are taking up a Masters Degree and 20 hours/week if Bachelors Degree or Diploma Course.
  • Is it possible to choose a different course from my course here in the Philippines?
    • Yes but that will depend on your qualifications here. We will have to assess you and advise the best pathway for you.
  • What happens after my study?
    • With the programs we recommend, you will be able to stay in Australia after your studies for up to 4 years working full time and you may apply for Permanent Residency during this period. We also assist in your PR application
  • How much do I need to prepare?
    • Costs and requirements will be discussed during the consultation. This will depend on your course, location and other circumstances.

Skilled Migration

  • Will your company provide for jobs?
    • We are a visa service provider. We will help you with the documentation and processing of your skilled migration visa but we will not provide or guarantee jobs for you because we are not a recruitment agency. We will only give advice or recommendations.  Once you qualify as a Skilled MIgrant, finding an employer in Australia will be relatively easy for you. We will help you along the way.
  • How long is the processing time?
    • Processing Time for skilled migration is at least 8 months from the time we lodge the application. It can be shorter or longer depending on your circumstances.
  • What are the jobs/occupations qualified to apply?
    • There are hundreds of occupations in the Medium to Long Term Strategic Skill List (MLTSSL) and Short Term Strategic Skill List (STSSL).   • How much is the cost of skilled migration?
    • We will provide you with a detailed estimate after the consultation since this is a case to case basis depending on the subclass you will be applying for.

Tourist Visa

  • How much money should I have in my Bank account?

  • When should I apply for a Tourist Visa?
    • at least 3 months before your expected date of travel
  • How long is the processing time?
    • Immigration approves Tourist Visa applications in as fast as 48 hours but this totally depends on your case. Sometimes, it can be a week.
  • Do I need a sponsor or relative in Australia?
    • No. As long as you can support your stay, you can go.
  • Can I study during my stay?
    • Yes but only up to 3 months
  • Can I work during my stay?
    • No. Legally, you are not allowed to accept paid work during your stay
